Our group meets each Wednesday morning 9:00 to 11:00 AM beginning in September and ending in June. The parlour is a welcoming place for parents to gather to share amongst each other through conversation, devotional readings and presentations. Our children enjoy crafts, play time, games and snacks with care provided by caring volunteers. The parent programme is divided into two parts. The first hour we share a devotional reading involving discussion and sharing ourselves. The second hour is spent with a presentation through Guest Speaker, videos or a group craft. Some of our presentations have included: Child Development, Home Organizing, Dealing with Bereavement/Grief with Children, Healthy Eating/Cooking presentations, Positive Thinking, Seasonal Floral Arranging. We have had various fundraisers for Renovating the Parlour, Cookbook Sales, Makeover Madness show/luncheon, and Friendship pins. A free-will offering is accepted to help cover refreshment costs Please contact the church office if you would like more information, or wish to attend.
